Refund policy

All products are custom made at time of ordering, which takes approximately 3 to 5 days to create. We will send you email notices once the product is ready with your shipping tracking ID, so that you can know for certain when it will be delivered.

As products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there are any issues with the products received, please get in touch with us by sending a detailed description and a photo of the issue so we can resolve the issue by sending a replacement product asap (replacement product will be exactly as original product ordered, and sent to the exact same address). Replacement products will need to be custom made again, and take approximately 3 to 5 days to create. As with new orders, we will send you email notices once the replacement product is ready with your shipping tracking ID, so that you can know for certain when it will be delivered.
