Terms of service
All products are custom made at time of ordering, which takes approximately 3 to 5 days to create. We will send you email notices once the product is ready with your shipping tracking ID, so that you can know for certain when it will be delivered. As products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If there are any issues with the products received, please get in touch with us by sending a detailed description and a photo of the issue so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
